This document lists four approaches to attaching MathLAN workstations and file servers to a network so that workstations and file servers would be able to communicate, ideally on the same physical segment or through an equivalent means, and also have some way of communicating with the GCCS segment without introducing unnecessary broadcast traffic on MathLAN segments.
