The program versions contained on these tapes were manufactured in March 1990 as the Beta versions of the GRAPHpak Library. They were specifically designed for the Sun 3 SunOS 4.0 with SunWindows (SunOS being the operating system version 4.0, with the graphical user interface SunWindows).
Each tape itself, produced by the 3M Company, is a DC 300A data cartridge, with 300 feet of reel, playing at 1600 bpi (bits per inch, bits being the well-known "0s and 1s", building blocks of programming).
