MacsBug is a Motorola 68000-family assembly-language debugger customized for the entire Macintosh family of computers. MacsBug, which was first introduced in 1981, has continued to evolve along with the Macintosh. MacsBug 6.1 runs on the Macintosh Plus, Macintosh SE, and Macintosh II, and supports all members of the 68000 family. It handles the MC68881 floating-point co-processor and the MC68851 Memory Management Unit (MMU). It also supports external display on the Macintosh.
