This title keyboard was made for use with the Sony RM-E9700 Editing Controller, which is also included in the Grinnell College Computer Science Museum. In addition to basic standard QWERTY keys, it has Title, Page +/-, Go To, Size, Color, and Character Insert/Delete keys for video editing.
