Mouse Pads

These 1997 mouse pads were used with mechanical roller ball mice. The HP MathLAN computers of the late 1990s used mice that tracked the movements of a ball mounted in the bottom of each device. For consistent response, the balls required uniform friction. These mouse pads contain a rubber base (keeping the pad in place) and a cloth top (providing a reliable surface for a rubber ball).
